Odisha Polytechnic Admission 2024 Application Form, Dates, Eligibility, and Counseling
The Directorate of Technical Education & Training (DTE&T), Cuttack, on behalf of the Odisha State Government, will soon announce the Odisha Diploma Entrance Test. Diploma Courses in Engineering / Engineering (Lateral Entry) / Non-Engineering are available at Polytechnics / Institutions (including Govt / Aided and Un Aided Polytechnics / Institutions) across Odisha for the academic year 2024-2025. Candidates’ 10th/12th test scores will determine admissions. Only eligible individuals can apply online through the official website. After passing the entrance exam, candidates can apply online only. The registration process will be held in two phases: in the first phase, candidates must pay the application fee, and in the second phase, they can fill out and submit the Odisha DET Online application 2024. The applicant must print and keep the application. 1. Click “Online Application for Odisha DET 2024” on the official website http://www.dtetodisha.gov.in or http://skill.samsodisha.gov.in. 2. After clicking “Click Here to Apply,” a new page appears; read the instructions before applying. 3. Select the course, then click “Apply for Diploma courses”. Diploma in Engineering/Lateral Entry/Non-Engineering. 4. Click the link to go to the Candidate Application website and fill out your academic, study, reservation, and personal information. 5. Candidates must submit their photo and signature and click “Save and Proceed to Next Step” after storing the study details. Saved applications will have a number; keep it for future reference. 8. Log in to the official website again, click “online application for Diploma,” and then click “Applicant Login” in the top menu bar. 9. On the new page, enter your application number and birthdate and click Sign in. 10. Click “Enter Fee payment details” and enter the relevant information. Copy the application printout twice. Print application area for left thumb imprint.

Odisha Polytechnic Eligibility Criteria 2024 The eligibility criteria for admission in Polytechnic course offered in the states of Odisha is given below
The candidate must have passed HSC examination (Class 10th) conducted by BSE, Odisha or equivalent.
He/ She must have obtained a minimum of 35% marks in aggregate.
The minimum marks secured in English, Mathematics and Science subjects should be 30%.
The minimum age of the candidate must be 14 years. There is no upper age limit to apply.
For admission in Diploma in Mining and Drilling Engineering, the candidate’s minimum age should be 16 years.
