Attach a recent passport-sized photo to the application form. 3. Candidates must pay the required registration fee to the account at any Sate Bank office and get a bank-challan or pay online. 4. After carefully filling out the application, the person can bring it to the local “Document Verification Cum Online Application Submission Centres/Option Entry Help Centres” along with the required actual papers and the back of the bank challan.
